Sorry there was a general error, maybe you have left the browser open for too long and nothing's been clicked on in a while, or you've attempted to open an old tab from a previous booking? Best thing to do is close the browser tab/window down and then click on the original link again. If its a genuine error, please send an email to us (e-availability.com), with some details about the site you were trying to access, such as name of business, booking reference etc.
